New Dreams International Little Illustrators Competition
China Shanghai International Children's Book Fair (CCBF), New Dreams International Little Illustrators Competition (AKA "New Dreams Little Illustrators") is a unique global children's creative and aesthetic education platform organised by the Shanghai International Cultural Association and Shanghai Xinhua Distribution Group Co.,Ltd with the support of the Shanghai Press and Publication Administration. This annual event aims to connect young children worldwide through their mutual love of "reading + drawing".
Golden Pinwheel Illustration Exhibition
A paramount of the Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition, this Exhibition brings together the artworks selected as finalists among the 2,426 received this year. 250 artworks by 53 artists selected by our international jury will be on display for three days.
Marco Polo. Traveller, merchant, storyteller
A journey into international illustrated publishing for children, in the company of Marco Polo, commemorating seven hundred years since his death. Through the words and illustrations of nearly 50 carefully selected books, the story of his journey to China comes to life: the extraordinary encounters, the court of Kublai Khan, and the difficult path home. The Exhibition is curated by Giannino Stoppani Cooperativa Sociale / Accademia Drosselmeier.
