The Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Centre is located on the west side of the Expo Boulevard, close to the China Art Museum, the Expo Center and the Mercedes-Benz Cultural Center. It connects Nanpu Bridge, Lupu Bridge, Dapu Road Tunnel, South Xizang Road Tunnel, Shangnan Road, Yaohua Road and other important road sections. It is surrounded by dozens of public transportation routes. Metro lines 7 and 8 (Yaohua Road Station) and Line 8 (China Art Museum Station, No. 3 exit) can also lead up to the exhibition centre directly.

- Real-Name Registration and Authentication: All Fair participants are required to complete Real-Name Registration and Authentication. To ensure a safe and efficient visit, please provide accurate personal ID card information and bring your ID card to the on-site gate for verification. Incorrect information may prevent entry into the exhibition.
- Visitors from China Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas: Visitors from China Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas must present a valid ID document (such as a passport, Hong Kong and Macao Residents Entry and Exit Permit, or Taiwan Residents Entry and Exit Permit) that matches the preregistration information. Visit the Overseas Visitors Desk at the Fair site to verify and complete admission procedures.
- Child Ticket Admission: If you have purchased a child ticket for a child under 1.3 meters in height, please bring a valid identification document (such as a child ID card, electronic ID card, or Household Registration Booklet) that matches the ticket information to the Children's Registration Service Counter at the Fair site for verification and admission processing.

- Driving
The exhibition centre is located at the junction of Guozhan Road and Zhoujiadu Road. It is easily accessible from the city centre across the Lupu Bridge and the Nanpu Bridge. Vehicles enter the underground parking lot directly from the entrance of Zhoujiadu Road (near the Guozhan Road).
