Suzy Lee’s books have been published and acclaimed around the world, most notably for Mirror, Wave and Shadow, known as The Border Trilogy. Wave won the gold medal from the Society of Illustrators at The Original Art Show, U.S.A., Wave and Shadow were selected for the New York Times Best Illustrated Children’s Books. She is also author-artist of Lines, Alice in Wonderland, The Zoo, L’oiseau noir and Mi taller de pintura. Her illustrated books include Open This Little Books, which was awarded Boston Globe–Horn Book Awards (honor). In 2016, Suzy Lee was shortlisted for the prestigious Hans Christian Andersen Award. She is currently living and working in Korea.
